On December 11, 2024, State Police members arrested Reid T. St. Ann, age 46, of Massena, NY, for criminal impersonation 2nd, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, and Chantel M. Tatlock, age 47, of Malone, NY, for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd.

On December 11, 2024, at approximately 12:02 a.m., Troopers observed a black 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe traveling on County Route 51 in the town of Malone violate a vehicle and traffic law. The Troopers initiated a traffic stop and interviewed the driver, who provided a false name and date of birth. Further investigation determined the driver was identified as St. Ann. St. Ann was arrested and transported to SP Malone for processing.

The passenger in the vehicle was identified as Tatlock. Tatlock had an active bench warrant and was taken into custody and transported to SP Malone. During the safety search of Tatlock, she was found in possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. An inventory of the vehicle determined St. Ann was in possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

St. Ann and Tatlock were issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Malone Court for a later date in January. Tatlock was arraigned in the Town of Dickson Court for the active bench warrant, where she was remanded to Franklin County Jail without bail.
