New Chair of the Board of SSC

In dialogue with the Ministry of Finance, SSC's Chair of the Board Anna Kindberg Batra has today announced her decision to resign from her role in SSC, to fulfill her new role in the Swedish Government Offices.

We thank her for her time and service for our company. An acting Chair of the Board will be appointed by the Board of Directors of SSC at the planned board meeting which takes place Tuesday-Wednesday this week. A long-term replacement will later be appointed by our owner, the Swedish Ministry of Finance. In the meantime, the operational work of SSC proceeds unchanged, as usual under the management of our executive committee (EC).

Anna Kinberg Batra first joined the SSC Board of Directors in 2018, and later became Chair of the Board in 2022.
