TPEx imposes a penalty of NT$10,000 on Mutto Optronics Corporation for violation of information filing

Taipei Exchange (TPEx) announces that Mutto Optronics Corporation (code: 4950) has failed to make a public announcement of its financial report, the iXBRL format of financial reports, balance sheet, statement of comprehensive income, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity, CPA review report, and matters disclosed in the notes to the financial report for 2024Q2 within the allotted time limit. Thus, TPEx imposes a breach penalty of NT$10,000 on the Company.
