THE HIT NETWORK CONFIRMS MIKE E & EMMA FOR NATIONAL NIGHTS AND WEEKEND BREAKFAST

The Hit Network has today announced that for the remainder of 2024 the Mike E & Emma show, currently heard in the morning on 104.1 2DayFM, is moving. From Monday 26 August, the show will temporarily take up residence Monday to Thursday in the national Nights timeslot and the national Breakfast shift on the weekends.

This change follows the interim move of Jimmy Smith and Nath Roye to the 104.1 2DayFM Breakfast timeslot, with the Jimmy & Nath show waking up Sydney with their cheeky humour and infectious charm until the end of the year.

Long-time radio duo and besties, Mike Etheridge and Emma Chow, also known as Mike E & Emma, are famous for their relatable, unpredictable, entertaining, and honest radio, which they will bring to weekday Nights and weekend Breakfast.

Mike E and Emma said: "See you later 4am alarm! We're pumped to bring the cheekiness of Mike E & Emma to national Nights during the week and then wake up Australia for weekend Breakfast. We can't wait to have more hilarious conversations with our ride or die listeners from all over the country!"

Head of Hit Metro Content, Amanda Lee, said: "Mike E and Emma have been loved by Sydney listeners for over a decade, and it's exciting to now have the opportunity for the rest of the country to fall in love with them. Likewise, Jimmy and Nath are now serving up their energetic wit and charm to the delight of our Sydney Breakfast audience."

From Monday 26 August, the Mike E & Emmashow can be heard across the national Hit Network Monday to Thursday from 7pm to 10pm, and from 8am to 10am on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Jimmy & Nath for Breakfast can be heard from 6am to 9am, Monday to Friday, on 104.1 2DayFM.

The Hit Network's 2025 104.1 2DayFM line-up and national Nights and weekend Breakfast line-ups will be announced in due course.
