2024/25 Citywide Technology Work Plan

The City of Roseville has unveiled our Annual Technology Work Plan for the upcoming Fiscal Year 2024/25. Aligned with the City's Strategic Planand 5-Year Strategic Technology Roadmap, this comprehensive strategy lays out a roadmap for delivering exceptional services to residents through pioneering technologies.

The implementation of data-driven decisions and Artificial Intelligence will be key, all the while keeping cybersecurity at the forefront to ensure the protection of systems and data.

The Annual Work Plan is structured around three principal goals:

• Goal B: Optimize City Operations Through Process Efficiency
• Goal C: Ensure Reliable and Secure Technology
