In the BOE of July 3, Order HAC/672/2024, of June 25, was published, which approves model 159 of the Annual Declaration of Electric Energy Consumption, and determines the form and procedure for its presentation. .

The companies marketing electricity supplies will be required to present this declaration. Said presentation will be made during the month of February of the year following that to which the declaration refers.

As of the entry into force of this order, and with effects for the declarations corresponding to the year 2024 and following, Order EHA/2041/2009, of July 16, which approves annual declaration model 159, is repealed. of electrical energy consumption.
