Trans Mountain Final Interim Tolls Oral Hearing - Full Timeline Released

The Commission of the CER has recently released the full timeline [Filing C30800] for the Trans Mountain Final Interim Tolls Oral Hearing. It is now scheduled to start on May 14, 2025, with oral final argument to take place in the summer of 2025. The Commission adjusted the timeline proposed by the parties, due to the increased volume and complexity of records that must be assessed during this proceeding.
