Explanatory Note:
This Form 10-D/A amends the registrant's Asset Backed Issuer Distribution Report on Form 10-D filed by the Registrant on October 29, 2024 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-24-015404) (the "Original Form 10-D"). The sole purpose of this amendment is to add hyperlinks to the ABS Asset Data File (listed as Exhibit 102 under Item 10 of the Original Form 10-D) and the ABS Asset Related Document (listed as Exhibit 103 under Item 10 of the Original Form 10-D). Such exhibits were listed and included in the Original Form 10-D, but hyperlinks to such exhibits were inadvertently omitted.

On October 18, 2024 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by BANK 2022-BNK42.
