Cast Members get a peek behind the curtain of new show “Alice and...

On June 26, 2024, close to 30 Disneyland Paris Cast Members had the chance to return to Wonderland to attend the show's mise en place and discover all its secrets with Disney Live Entertainment teams.

Presented by 2024-2025 Disneyland Paris Ambassadors, Jose and Dylan, the group of Cast Members, selected through a draw and coming from different departments in the resort, were able to enjoy the show in a way no one had ever done it before!

During an electrifying and energetic morning, Cast Members observed how the show "Alice and the Queen of Hearts: Back to Wonderland" is set before their first performance of the day, in the Theater of the Stars, presented by EDF.

Every day, close to 100 Cast Members gather at this arena to make sure everything is show-ready for both the cast and the guests and they all have a wonderful time: technicians, dancers, dressers, acrobats, machinists, operational teams… Each and every one of them have a special mission to create magic in their own way!

During this Discovering Magic Tour, its participants were able to see the 46 artists who form the show's ensemble sing, dance or even perform acrobatics right before their eyes! During this dedicated moment of rehearsals, sound checks, or some choreography adjustments with the dance captains, the Cast Members from Disney Live Entertainment team, in charge of the creation of the show, shared with them the behind the scenes of the creation process.

From costume design by Malika Sif and her team, to the set design by Olivier Dusautoir, show direction and production by Matteo Borghi and Claire Salmon and a peek behind the technical booth door presented by stage manager Delphine Horinq, our Cast Members were able to discover all the details of this unique and vibrant show thanks to this Disney Cast Life experience!
