On Monday, November 4th, Andi Vigue, board chair and CEO of The Cianbro Companies, was inducted into Junior Achievement's Maine Business Hall of Fame at their annual celebration. More than 400 business owners and professionals from across Maine gathered to honor influential leaders and highlight the importance of empowering students for future economic success.
Junior Achievement (JA) of Maine is a nonprofit organization that inspires and prepares young people for success. JA's Maine Business Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have made a lasting impact on both our economy and our communities. Andi was one of two honorees that were recognized at the celebration. Both honorees join a distinguished group of over 100 men and women who have been inducted into hall of fame since 1990.
Andi recognized the many men and women across The Cianbro Companies who come together every day to help our company be successful. "I wake up each morning thinking about the 3,500 people I work for and what my focus needs to be to support them in their efforts moving forward," shared Andi. "The construction industry is not very forgiving and presents significant challenges every single day. It takes a true team to successfully overcome all that is dealt our way. Being diverse and able to leverage each other's strengths is fundamental to our success."
