Due to technical issues, Phase 3c is being re-run. The new application portal for Phase 3c will open on Tuesday 7 November at 2pm and close on Friday 10 November at 2pm.

We expect the Application Portal for Phase 3c to open on Tuesday 10 October, at 2pm.
