Jack Daniel's Operation Ride Home: In conjunction with Jack Daniel's Distillery & Operation Ride Home, New Brunswick is hosting the Jack Daniel's Barrel Tree in New Jersey, located at 5 Livingston Ave. throughout the month. Operation Ride Home is a program designed to assist junior enlisted service members and those with families to travel from their military bases to homes around the country. While decorated festively for the holiday season, the barrels are now
on auction here. Select barrels will include some exciting New Brunswick experiences for additional costs.
American Hungarian Foundation's 36th Annual Festival of Trees: More than two dozen trees decorated by local organizations representing various cultures worldwide will be on display throughout the City through Jan. 7. Check them out at the American Hungarian Foundation gallery, 300 Somerset St.; NBPAC, 11 Livingston Ave.; Amboy Bank, 350 George St. and The Heldrich Hotel, 10 Livingston Ave.
Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides: Family carriage rides will again be trotting through the downtown on Dec. 14, 15, 17 and 19. All rides will begin at The Hyatt Regency at 2 Neilson St. Tickets will be available online.
