Open Market Price Quotes Request

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona is requesting Open Market Price quotes for the AV project outlined in the published SOW.

A site visit will be conducted at 230 N. First Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85003 on July 30, 2024 at 10:00am to review the onsite specifics of this project with potential vendors. If you plan to attend the site visit, please RSVP to [email protected](link sends e-mail).

Quotes are due no later than 8/7/2024 at 4:00pm. Late quotes will not be considered unless the judiciary determines, at its own discretion, that considering the late quote is in the judiciary's best interest and will not unduly delay the procurement.

The Bankruptcy Court intends to make an award based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote.
