Closures On State Routes 99, 108, 132, And Interstate 5
Stanislaus County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures next week on State Route 99 (SR-99), State Route 108 (SR-108), State Route 132 (SR-132), and Interstate 5 (I-5). Work is scheduled to occur as follows:
Interstate 5

Full closure of southbound I-5 at Ingram Creek Road in Westley for bridge work from 9:00 p.m. on Friday, October 4, until 4:00 a.m. on Monday, October 7, 2024

Travelers on Southbound I-5 exit southbound State Route 33 > southbound Rogers Road > westbound Sperry Ave. > return to southbound I-5.

Travelers on Eastbound I-580 continue to southbound I-5 > diverted off I-5 at Ingram Creek Road, where the on and offramps will be used as a single lane.

Full, long-term closures of the northbound and southbound Westley Safety Roadside Rest Areas on I-5 for construction work.
Note: This project is expected to continue through the fall of 2025.

Full closure of the offramp to Hatch Road from southbound SR-99 in Ceres for bridge work beginning Monday, September 23 through Monday, September 30, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.

Full closure of the offramp to Maze Boulevard from northbound SR-99 in Modesto for pavement marker replacement on Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Overnight, full closure of the offramp to Mitchell Road from northbound SR-99 in Ceres for bridge work beginning Sunday, September 29 through Friday, October 4, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.

Overnight, full closure of the offramp to Tuolumne Boulevard from northbound SR-99 in Modesto for bridge work beginning Sunday, September 29 through Friday, October 4, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
State Route 108

Overnight, one-way traffic control between Santa Fe Street and Topeka Street in Riverbank for drainage work beginning Monday, September 30 through Friday, October 4, 2024, from 8:30 p.m. until 5:30 a.m.
State Route 132

Overnight one-way traffic control between the San Joaquin River and the Old Fisherman's Club west of Modesto for drainage work beginning Sunday, September 29 through Tuesday, October 1, 2024, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.

One-way traffic control between the Old Fisherman's Club and Paradise Road west of Modesto for paving work on Monday, September 30, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

One-way traffic control between Russell Road and Faust Road west of Modesto for paving work on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
