Twin Falls Man Arrested for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

[BOISE] - Attorney General Raúl Labrador has announced investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrested thirty-nine-year-old Sergio Martinez on Thursday July 17^th, 2024, for 4 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a minor.

Agencies that assisted the ICAC Task Force were Twin Falls Police Department, Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office, and Rupert Police Department.

"I am grateful for the hard work of our investigators and prosecutors, and for the dedication of our partner ICAC agencies across the state," said Attorney General Labrador. "Protecting kids from sexual abuse and exploitation is a top priority for all of us. Our children deserve to be safe from these horrible crimes."

The Attorney General's ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
