Massena female arrested for criminal mischief 4th

On August 29, 2024, State Police members arrested Denise A. Rode, age 51, of Massena, NY, for criminal mischief 4th.

On August 12, 2024, at approximately 7:05 p.m., Troopers responded to County Route 46 in the town of Massena for a criminal mischief complaint. An investigation determined Rode intentionally damaged the victim's trailer on property they both own.

Troopers consulted with the St. Lawrence County District Attorney's office regarding the incident. Rode was arrested and processed at SP Massena. She was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Massena Court for a later date in September.
