Snyder earned the award for the 12th time in his 25 seasons at W&L, leading the 11th-ranked Generals to a 32-2 overall record and a perfect 12-0 conference mark. The Blue & White is currently on a 13-match winning streak, including a 3-2 win over Virginia Wesleyan University in the ODAC championship game on Nov. 16 for the program's 20th conference championship.
