NASHVILLE, TN (December 13, 2024) - Today (12.13), the Academy of Country Music's LEVel Up: Lift Every Voice program reveals the class of individuals selected for the lauded program's 2025 cohort. Designed to elevate and drive the next generation of rising leaders in the Country Music industry, this two-year, intensive program is funded entirely by the Academy, with a mission to empowering participants to find new and exciting ways of transcending demographics and geography to expand the horizons of Country Music.

Comprised of 10 young professionals with careers rooted in multiple facets of the industry - from performing rights organizations to management companies, record labels and more - nearly all members of the 2025 LEVel Up cohort come from organizations that have not had previous program representation. Spanning to all corners of the Country Music industry, they join an impressive list of more than 30 unique organizations represented by program members since LEVel Up's inception in 2022.

The ACM LEVel Up Rising Leaders curriculum was created to empower participants to play a pivotal role in expanding the horizons of the Country Music industry into new audiences that transcend demographics and geography. During this two-year program, which is funded entirely by the Academy, participants spend their first year learning from thought leaders across the industry, while also collaborating as a cohort to develop a proposed plan to expand Country Music's reach to a new and underrepresented audience. In the cohort's second year, the class implements their plan, working intentionally to shape the future of the genre and move the Country Music industry forward in new, exciting ways.
