ITS Сlearing house, operates as a unit within ITS, performs trade execution functions, being an intermediary for all trades on the venue. After the matching of trade, the clearing center provides delivery of securities from seller to buyer and carries out monetary settlements.

Based on information about all trades concluded in ITS, clearing house determines the requirements and obligations of each trading participant. ITS Clearing provides a high level of transparency and security of settlements for all parties.

ITS Clearing performs the following functions:

• requirements setting for procedure, amount, and time limits for collateral asset provision,
• sufficiency control of collateral assets provided for the purpose of order submission,
• sufficiency control of collateral assets provided for settlements on cash and securities under the procedure and within set time limits,
• clearing of obligations with or without a central counterparty.

ITS Central Securities Depository (ITS CSD)

ITS Central Securities Depository (ITS CSD) operates in accordance with the license issued by Astana International Financial Centre.

ITS CSD provides to the clients custodian services and other depository facilities:

• electronic custody of securities,
• electronic recording of dividends,
• securities accounts service (depositing, withdrawing, transferring securities between securities accounts),
• provision of registers and reports for account holders to clients, issuers, securities registry.
