The company maintained stable production and supply with a total output of 145.08 million tonnes, an increase of 2.04 million tonnes year-on-year.

By enforcing integrated controls over coal quality, mining face allocation, engineering quality, and mining height, it strived to ensure precise implement of daily production plans for each station, enhanced process supervision and guidance, and achieved seamless coordination at different levels to maintain high production and stable supply. In terms of equipment operation, Shendong Coal optimized maintenance schedules to ensure reliable operation. The company flexibly arranged preventive maintenance and special engineering upgrades based on monthly targets and weekly adjustments, taking into account elements including monthly production progress, mining condition changes, equipment removal during sequencing working face, and railway maintenance gaps to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.

The company has given top priority to coal production management by ensuring that each mine controls mining height levels effectively, strengthens roof and external water management, and adjusts mining ratios appropriately. At the same time, all coal preparation plants continuously refine processes and adjust production structures to maximize the washing of raw coal and ensure precise loading ratios.
