Public Notice - Property Disposition (Clements Centre)

Notice is hereby given that the District of North Cowichan, pursuant to Sections 24 and 26 of the Community Charter, intends to dispose of land by way of a 10-year lease renewal to the Clements Centre Society.

The land to be disposed of is located at 5856 Clements Street, legally described as Lot 2, Section 18, Range 6, Quamichan District, Plan 14835 (PID: 004-285-514).

In consideration of the 10-year lease renewal, and option to renew the lease for a further 10-year term, the Clements Centre Society will pay $1 and agrees to use and maintain the land in accordance with the lease renewal & modification agreement.

North Cowichan's Chief Administrative Officer will consider the execution of this lease renewal & modification agreement following publication of the required notice.
