For her project, Gina looked at the hiring process HR and Aquatics staff go through each year when hiring the 400+ seasonal employees for Pirates Bay and Calypso Cove. As she Defined, Measured, and used a Fishbone Diagram to Analyze the situation, she noticed the amount of time and re-work done by both staff and candidates during the hiring and onboarding process. What a great place to start looking for ways to save time and make this process more efficient for everyone involved!
