The City and Trane have been involved in a lawsuit for several years and have mutually agreed to resolve their dispute. Having conducted extensive discovery and fully analyzed the alleged issues giving rise to the lawsuit, the City and Trane can confidently affirm the integrity of each other and represent that their dispute was not born out of intentional misconduct or fraud but was instead the result of a good-faith business disagreement. With the issues now resolved to each party's satisfaction, the City and Trane are confident they can continue with a mutually beneficial relationship that serves the citizens of Birmingham for years to come.
