‘The Headlines’ to Be Released on Podcast Platforms

A little over a year ago we launched "The Headlines," a daily audio show that brought listeners a quick update on the day's biggest news and dispatches from Times reporters around the globe.

Designed to complement "The Daily's" deep dive on a single story, "The Headlines" quickly became the most popular feature in The Times Audio app. Today, we're excited to announce that we're releasing "The Headlines" across all podcast platforms beginning Monday, Aug. 5, making it available to many more listeners during this unprecedented and fast-moving news moment. "The Headlines" will still be available on Times news and audio apps.

Along with this news, we're thrilled to announce two key staff updates that will ensure the show has the right leadership structure in place to thrive and grow.
