Amador County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform one-way traffic control on State Route 26/Red Corral Road at the West Point Powerhouse on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. for utility work.

Traffic control is required for the safety of motorists and the public as crews - including the use of a helicopter - will be performing PG&E utility pole replacement.

All work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.

Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
