On November 21, 2024, Alec Ellison notified OCA Acquisition Corp. ("OCA") of his decision to resign as a director of OCA's board of directors (the "Board"), effective as of November 21, 2024. Mr. Ellison's decision to resign was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with OCA or any matter relating to OCA's operations, policies or practices.
