Lowe's Honored with 2024 'Great Place to Work' Certification: Highlighting Outstanding Associate Experiences

Lowe's is proud to share that its associates have awarded the brand the prestigious 2024 'Great Place to Work' certification, marking a significant milestone in its history. The certification, a testament to associate commitment, is the first of its kind for Lowe's in the United States*.

Great Place to Work, a leader in data collection, analysis, and benchmarking of employee sentiments, is the sole certification based on employees' reporting of their workplace experience. More than 10,000 companies in 60 countries apply each year, with only the cream of the crop rising to the top to secure the coveted certification.

More than 1,000 Red Vest associates were surveyed, and 71% said Lowe's is a great place to work, 14 points higher than the 57% surveyed at a typical U.S.-based company. Here are some other highlights from Lowe's associates:
