Notice of Public Hearings Rezones December 9, 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Land and Water Resources Committee will hold public hearings on 12/9/2024 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and Oconto County Land Division Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:40 AM at the Lena Town Hall for Gary & Roberta Harley, 6389 Skarda Rd., Coleman, WI 54112, Agent: Randall & Nanci Skarda, to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District & Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 4, T29N, R20E, Town of Lena. (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM) 9640 & 9556 Selner Rd.

APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following application no. 1 at the Lena Town Hall, 6087 Goatsville Rd., for an Oconto County Land & Water Resource Committee Petition to rezone incidental areas for the following property that are part of a consent rezone application associated with exchanges of lands between parcel owners. These rezones will make the zoning consistent within the parcel. (No on-site inspection necessary)

1. Tax Parcel 010-242401423E, Carol J Baldwin C/O Rodney J Baldwin Jr, 9877 S. Branch Rd., Suring, WI 54174, rezone from the Forest (F) district to the Single Family Residential (R-1) district. This area (30,831.77 sq. ft. / .7078 acres).

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezoning's are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
