Porsche driving event at TEAG in Erfurt

How does fast charging work on the road - that was the topic of a three-day electric driving event with four Porsche Taycans and around 80 participants on the campus of TEAG (TEAG Thüringer Energie AG) in Erfurt from 27 July 2020. The High Power Charging Event was organised by the Porsche Centre Erfurt with the support of TEAG as a customer event with test charging at the newly installed ultra-fast charging station ChargeBox from ADS-TEC Energy. The aim of the event was to make the topic tangible for potential customers and interested parties and to convey how uncomplicated and simple ultra-fast charging can be. It became clear how close a charging process comes to the conventional refuelling process in terms of time and what advantages this new technology has to offer beyond that.
