With over 100 thousand dancing people, Kappa® FuturFestival closes its record-breaking edition
Kappa® FuturFestival signs new records. The 11th edition of one of the world's most important electronic music events, sponsored by Kappa® since its inception, ended on Sunday, July 7th, at midnight at Parco Dora in Turin (July 5th-7th). The 36-hour dance marathon counted more than 100,000 attendees from 157 nations. According to a preliminary estimate by Movement Entertainment, the impact on the territory exceeded 25 million euros. Among the records hit was the employment of cabs and e-scooters, which registered a 130 percent increase. Hotels, B&Bs, and numerous flights also sold out. One among them is Paris-Turin-Paris, used by spectators as an intercontinental hub. The top ten countries of origin include the U.S., Australia, and Brazil. Click here for the previous news story.
