Morgan Stanley Inaugurates New Southeast Asia Headquarters in Singapore

Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) today announced the official opening of its new Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore. The office, located in a new A-grade building at IOI Central Boulevard Towers in downtown Singapore, was officially opened by the Firm's Chief Executive Officer, Ted Pick, Morgan Stanley Asia CEO, Gokul Laroia, and Deputy Managing Director (Markets and Development) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Leong Sing Chiong.

The new office, totaling 107,000 square feet across five floors, will serve as a regional hub for Morgan Stanley's Southeast Asia operations. The cutting-edge facilities and advanced technology infrastructure of the new building will enable Morgan Stanley to deliver best-in-class services and solutions to its clients.

In line with Morgan Stanley's broader sustainability aims, the building has been designed and constructed to achieve the BCA Green Mark Platinum certification and the BCA Universal Design Gold Mark accessibility/inclusive design certification. Morgan Stanley's fit-out achieves LEED Gold and Fitwell 1-Star certification. Sustainability measures include a low energy lighting system, real time IAQ monitoring, low water use fittings, high efficiency equipment and an advanced building management system.

The city-state serves as the Firm's Southeast Asia headquarters with offices also in Jakarta, Indonesia; Bangkok Thailand; and Manila, the Philippines.
