Update: 2024 Sonoma County Point Fire

According to the latest update from Cal Fire, the Point Fire in northwest Sonoma County remains at 1,207 acres and was 75 percent contained Friday morning. All evacuation orders and warnings have been lifted. Nearly 560 firefighters remained in the fire zone Friday and were working to achieve 100 percent containment.

The Sonoma County Human Services Department and local nonprofits have come together to create a valuable resource hub as a one-stop destination that streamlines access to critical services for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

From health to transportation to nutrition services provided by federal, state, and local government agencies and their nonprofit partners, this hub has it all.
