Town of Ramapo - Lane Gardens

Negative Declaration

Rockland County - The Town of Ramapo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lane Gardens will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves proposing a three-lot subdivision with three-dwelling plus three-accessory apartments on one lot, and two-dwelling plus two accessory apartments on two lots. The existing dwelling and driveways will be demolished. Public sewer and water will be utilized. Stormwater has been designed for zero net increase in runoff. There is an outdoor play area included, as well as 500 SF of indoor play space for children. The application requires variances which will be requested from the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Ramapo Planning Board has received an application from Jaqueline Glassman (applicant/owner), represented by Civil Tec Engineering and Attorney Terry Rice, for Subdivision (Minor/ Realty) and Site Development Permit approvals at 20 Lane Street, Monsey. The development area consists of +/- 0.61 acres on the north side of Lane Street, approximately 160 feet east of Saddle River Road, within the R-15C Zoning District. The project is located 20 Lane Street, in Monsey, Town of Ramapo, New York.
