/KASE, October 4, 2024/ - Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company JSC (Aqtau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated September 26, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors: - removed: E. Denisova; - elected: M. Tsulukidze. Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company JSC consists of six persons: S. Idrissov, M. Tsulukidze, A. Zhashibaev, D. Shakirt, D. Baizhanov, A. Kitapbaev.
