Subsidiary KEMET Electronics Corporation some information service system
affected by cyberattack.
3.Handling procedure:
When occurring cyber attacks, some employee personal data may be exposed.
We immediately activated the relevant defense and recovery mechanisms, and
further security issues were prevented.
4.Anticipated possible loss or impact:
When occurring cyber attacks,the order cancellation amount is approximately
USD 0.6 million, accounting for about 0.04% of the Company's 2022 sales.
The impact from idle capacity is approximately USD 3.1 million, representing
around 0.75% of its 2022 operating profit. The impact is not significant and
does not materially affect the Company's operations.
