State of Emergency
Mayor Russ Carpenter has declared a State of Emergency in Richmond Hill effective immediately in anticipation of Tropical Storm Helene.
The state of emergency will extend for a period of ten days, unless sooner terminated or extended, by further declaration. Read the declaration here.
