On July 19 the KASE Group conducted its quarterly Town Hall at SmArt.Point's premises.

Town Hall is a platform for meetings between executives of the Exchange Group and its employees, where the management of the Exchange informs the team about the performance of the exchange markets, and also reports on the progress of strategic projects of the KASE Exchange Group.

This format provides a platform to celebrate successes, identify new areas for improvement, and maintain an open dialogue with employees.

During the Town Hall, Chairman of KASE's Management Board Alina Aldambergen briefed the audience about the progress on the Exchange's Strategy for 2022-2024, noted the role and importance of each employee in achieving the goals and objectives.

Since the beginning of 2024, the KASE Exchange Group's team has expanded to 312 employees. The average age of employees is 38 years, which provides many opportunities for young professionals to display their talent and potential.
