of claim of patent filed by Canon Kabushiki Kaisha

(1)Canon claimed that the Company infringed its European patent 3 686 683 B1
(hereinafter called "Patent in Suit"), filed a statement of claim with
Germany Unified Patent Court.
(2)The Company has always attached great importance to intellectual property
rights and focused on independent research and development.
By the end of 2023, it had obtained a total of 116 global patent rights.
This is because the Company's products have applied for patent protection
during the research and development process. However, in order to prevent
competitors from knowing the Company's trade secrets, the Company carefully
retains the manufacturing methods, material characteristics, etc. and
protects them as trade secrets.
6.Handling procedure:
The Company has appointed lawyers to handle the matter to protect the rights
and interests of the company and shareholders.
7.Impact on the Company's finance and business and projected amount:
There is currently no significant impact on the Company's financial and
business conditions. We will discuss the follow-up with our lawyer, and
all relevant operating activities are proceeding normally.
8.Countermeasures and improvement status:
The Company will actively respond to the statement of claim to safeguard
the Company's rights and interests.
