2024 Las Vegas Senior Idol Showcase Set For Oct. 3

$5 Tickets On Sale Now At Las Vegas Senior Centers

The city of Las Vegas invites residents of all ages to the 17th annual Las Vegas Senior Idol Showcase. The variety show will be held at the Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S. Brush St., Thursday, Oct. 3, 3-5 p.m. and will feature entertainment by amateur and professional performers. Showcase tickets sell out every year for the single performance. General admission tickets, priced at $5, are on sale at all city of Las Vegas active adult centers Monday-Friday, including:

  • Centennial Hills Active Adult Center, 6601 N. Buffalo Drive, 702.229.1702.
  • Doolittle Active Adult Center, 1930 N. J St., 702.229.6125.
  • East Las Vegas Community Center, 250 N. Eastern Ave., 702.229.1515.
  • Lieburn Active Adult Center, 6230 Garwood Ave., 702.229.1600.

Veteran television news and talk show personality David Riggleman will be master of ceremonies. Individuals and groups will perform in four categories: vocals, dance, musical instruments and comedy. Retired professional entertainers Warren Tipton (former lead singer for the Chi-Lites) and Jennifer Shadley will be among the performers, along with belly dancers, tap dancers, folkloric dancers, Tahitian dancers, comedians, a hula dancer, instrumental musicians, singing soloists and the famous Vegas Golden Gals.
