ASRM Member Spotlight: Chelsee Young, RN

We're thrilled to feature Chelsee Young, RN, a member of the ARM & NPG Planning Committee.

A nurse for 21 years, Chelsee began her career as a Labor and Delivery nurse, but found her true passion as a REI nurse. She joined Utah Fertility Center 10 years ago as an IVF Coordinator and now works as the Clinical Director. She also serves as a co-chair on the engagement committee with Resolve.

Chelsee describes ASRM's contributions to the field as cutting-edge, providing the most up-to-date information on medical advancements in the field. She joined ASRM to stay informed and network with colleagues. Her most impactful memory at ASRM was at the ASRM Scientific Congress & Expo in Salt Lake City, Utah. That year, most of their practice was able to attend, and they all benefitted greatly from the experience. For new members, she recommends joining professional groups like NPG and utilizing the free and discounted educational materials that come with your membership .

Her best career advice?

As challenging as this field is, you play a pivotal role in your patients' lives and their memories that will last a lifetime.
