INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Manuel Hyland (39) of Hudson Falls on an Arrest Warrant that was issued by the Washington County Court. A Grand Jury indicted Hyland on Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a class B Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a class B Felony relating to an investigation into sales of narcotics in the Town of Fort Edward.

Hyland was being was arraigned in Washington County Court and release on his own recognizance pending a future appearance in Washington County Court.
