Reminder: Don Bacon Refuses To Support Protections For IVF

As congressional lawmakers try to push a vote this week on a bipartisan bill that guarantees the right to IVF, here's a reminder that Don Bacon has refused to sign on to this legislation and repeatedly threatened IVF access for Nebraska families.

He co-sponsored the Life at Conception Act three times - a total national abortion ban with no exceptions for rape, incest, or the woman's life that could also outlaw IVF nationwide.

Instead of supporting a bipartisan bill that *actually* protects IVF nationwide, Bacon is trying to mislead Nebraskans by signing onto a so-called "pro-IVF" measure that "doesn't do anything to actually protect the procedure."
