Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, setting forth the designation of Series A, Series B and Series C Preferred Stock became effective on September 25, 2024. A copy of the Certificate of Designations relating to the Series B Preferred Stock is listed as Exhibit 3(i) to this Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
