DPM Koprivica meets with Ambassador of North Macedonia Zećir Ramčilović

Deputy Prime Minister for Political System, Judiciary, and Anti-Corruption Momo Koprivica had a meeting with His Excellency Zećir Ramčilović, the Ambassador of North Macedonia to Montenegro. During the constructive discussion, they reviewed key initiatives and objectives that the Government of Montenegro plans to achieve in the coming period, as well as opportunities to further enhance cooperation between the two friendly countries.

In this amicable conversation, the importance of reforms for the further progress of Montenegrin society was emphasised. Deputy Prime Minister Koprivica highlighted the Government's commitment to combating corruption, improving the judiciary, and reforming the legal system in accordance with European standards. He also reiterated the Government of Montenegro's dedication to sharing its experience from the EU negotiation process. Additionally, he pointed out that European integration of the Western Balkans is the most reliable path to stability and the great opportunities that the common market offers.

Ambassador Ramčilović reaffirmed North Macedonia's strong support for Montenegro's path to European Union integration and commended the Montenegrin Government's ongoing reform efforts. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of a shared European perspective and enhancing cooperation both institutionally and economically.

This meeting represents a continuation of successful cooperation and dialogue between Montenegro and North Macedonia, further strengthening the bonds and trust between the two friendly countries in achieving common goals and interests.
