Staff Development and Learning activity for HPN staff on Business Management System - System for Programme Management

The Department of Healthier Population and NCDs conducted a one-day Staff Development and Learning activity on Business Management System - System for Programme Management (BMS-SPM) on 1 July 2024.

The objective of the training was to enable all staff members to start using Salesforce and navigate through SPM. The training comprised presentations on the business process, demonstration in SPM​ and hands on exercises. The training was conducted by the staff members who were trained as trainers with the contribution of master trainers from the Programme, Planning and Coordination unit of SEARO.

The training was attended by 26 staff members comprising all staff including consultants and a junior public health professional attached to the department.
