Early Voting for November Election begins Sept. 20 in Loudoun

Loudoun County election officials remind voters of important dates, deadlines and information for the upcoming general election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

Early Voting

  • Friday, September 20: First day of early voting at the Office of Elections and Voter Registration, 750 Miller Dr. SE, Suite 150, Leesburg, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday -Friday. (Note: The office will be closed October 14 for the Indigenous Peoples Day holiday.)
    • Traffic Note: Voters who plan to cast their ballots at the Office of Elections and Voter Registration should be aware of the possibility of increased traffic in the area and that there will be designated parking spots for voters (PDF). Drivers should look for directional signage and possible changes in existing traffic patterns during the early voting period.
  • Monday, October 21: In-person early voting expands to additional locations.
  • Saturday, November 2: Last day for in-person early voting.

Offices on the November 5, 2024, general election ballot in Loudoun County include the president and vice president of the United States, members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, Hamilton town council, Hillsboro mayor and town council, Leesburg mayor and town council, Lovettsville mayor and town council, Purcellville mayor and town council, a Virginia constitutional amendment and Loudoun County bond questions.
