Phantom Share Awards under the 2014 Equity Participation Plan of Civeo Corporation, of which 7,402 shares will vest in two equal installments on February 23, 2025 and February 23, 2026, 4,981 will vest on February 25 2025, and the remaining 17,077 will vest in three equal installments on March 2, 2025, March 2, 2026 and March 2, 2027. Each Phantom share is the economic equivalent of one Civeo Corporation common share and is payable in cash.
