On September 27, 2024, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Virpax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") appointed Katharyn Field, a member of the Board, to also serve as a Vice President (principal executive officer) of the Company, effective immediately. Ms. Field will continue to serve on the Board.
