Mr. Sebastián Piñera Echenique, former President of the Republic of Chile.

The late President Sebastián Piñera Echenique paid an official visit to Thailand on 4 - 5 October 2013, during which the Thailand - Chile Free Trade Agreement was signed, marking one of the major milestones in Thailand - Chile bilateral relations.
