Get ready for some Trails & Treats! On Saturday, Oct. 26, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., join Fort Worth Water and Texas Water at the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge, 9601 Fossil Ridge Road, for a day of fall festivities.

The event offers a variety of activities, including canoeing, cryptozoology talks, hayrides and guided hikes. A highlight of the day is the Curtis Smalley Environmental Event, which aims to unite individuals and organizations committed to water conservation in Fort Worth. This event is designed to inspire, educate and connect water enthusiasts who are passionate about protecting vital water resources.

Volunteers from the City of Fort Worth and the Tarrant Regional Water District will lead a morning of riparian conservation activities, offering a mix of hands-on fun and spooky fall vibes. There will be costumes, giveaways and much more.

Advance tickets are available at the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge or by phone at 817-392-7410. Regular admission fees apply, and additional charges may be required for certain activities.
